1. The service
Scorvia provides football and basketball search, scoring, shortlisting, comparison, notes, and local CSV import/export tools. Bundled data may be dated, estimated, incomplete, or explicitly marked as demo data.
2. Data accuracy and affiliation
- Scores, valuations, projections, and recommendations are analytical estimates, not official facts.
- You must verify player identity, statistics, contract status, eligibility, medical status, and availability before acting.
- Scorvia is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, club, federation, team, university, governing body, or data provider.
3. Your data and data rights
You are responsible for having the right to use any CSV, notes, or other information you place in Scorvia. Do not import confidential, personal, medical, protected, or licensed data unless you are authorized to process it in this environment. Third-party data remains subject to its own licence and terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its security or availability, impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent demo or estimated data as official, or violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, employment, recruiting, or data-protection rights.
5. Local storage and backups
Shortlists, comparisons, notes, and imported records are stored in the browser. Clearing site data or changing devices may delete them. Export important work regularly. Scorvia does not promise backup or recovery of local data.
6. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, availability, merchantability, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Scorvia is not liable for recruitment, roster, transfer, scholarship, employment, contract, financial, or sporting decisions; inaccurate or stale data; lost local data; downtime; or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
8. Changes
These terms may change as the product evolves. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
9. Contact
Add an operator contact address before public commercial launch so users can send legal, privacy, and data-rights requests.
